Voluntary Internship: Tech, Logistics & Process Optimization

About Us:

Tree Logistics is a growing logistics company working closely with Amazon. We are looking for motivated interns (m/f/d) to join our team and support us in technology, logistics, automation, and process improvement.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement AI and automation solutions for processes
• Optimize internal workflows through performance projects with department heads (Dispatching, Fleet, Recruiting, HR, etc.)
• Assist in the recruiting process (process optimization)
• Analyze existing processes and implement efficiency improvements

✅ You are at least in the 3rd semester of your studies
✅ Experience in process improvement is required
✅ Knowledge of AI, automation & technology is a plus
✅ Strong analytical skills & ability to work independently
✅ Team-oriented, communicative & motivated
✅ You live in Berlin (Hybrid work possible)
